SALES ASSISTANT
Job Qualifications:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Support: Assist the Sales Officer with day-to-day marketing and sales activities, including campaign coordination and material preparation.
- Project Monitoring: Track the progress of marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and goals are met.
- Client Interaction: Communicate directly with clients to maintain strong relationships and address inquiries effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct research to gather market trends, competitor insights, and customer preferences to support strategy development.
- Content Support: Assist in creating and updating marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and social media content.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Other Duties: Perform additional support tasks as needed to ensure the success of marketing campaigns and team operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but prior administrative or marketing-related experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe tools) is a bonus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- Willingness to take on varied tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
